SpaceX Super Intelligence released [Grok Voice 3.0](https://x.ai/news/grok-voice-3) today, the speech-to-speech model behind voice in Grok Bot, Grok in Tesla cars, and Starlink support calls. In [Artificial Analysis's testing](https://artificialanalysis.ai/speech-to-speech) it ranks first on the Speech-to-Speech Index with 86.9, ahead of GPT-Live-1 (Astra, Medium) at 83.2 and Gemini 3.8 Live at 82.6. Caveat from [SpaceXSI's own chart](https://x.com/SpaceXSI/status/2110416580899168305): on τ-Voice, the simulated support-call test, it scores 71.6% to GPT-Live-1's 74.5%, though SpaceXSI says it answers with 40% lower latency. The 94.8% "task success" figure comes from a different test, so it doesn't mean 95% of real calls get resolved.
