Which ChatGPT Pro tier includes Ultrafast

OpenAI's help article on ChatGPT Pro tiers is the page that prints the prices. It was marked updated two days before this note was written on October 14, 2026.

Pro 100 is $100 a month. Ultrafast is not included. Pro 200 is $200 a month and includes more usage than Pro 100. Ultrafast is not included. Pro 500 is $500 a month. Ultrafast is included for GPT-6 Astra and GPT-6.1 Sol. On that tier, included usage runs at 8x Standard, then credits at 6x. Credits on Pro 100 and Pro 200 do not unlock Ultrafast.

Pro is monthly only. The article does not offer an annual price. It also does not print a message or token cap.

A short grandfather window

If a Pro 200 subscription was active at any time from September 22, 2026 through 10 a.m. PT on September 29, 2026, OpenAI says that account keeps the old allowance through October 29, 2026. The price stays $200.

The API is a different switch

OpenAI's release notes for October 8 say Ultrafast is available for gpt-6.1-sol via the service_tier value ultrafast, for all API users, with rate limits, in global and in US or EU residency. The note does not print a token price for that tier. The consumer rows are copied on AI Model & Plan Prices.
